Terms of Service
These terms govern your kitchen’s use of Mealroh. They are written to be read — where a clause decides money or data, it says exactly what happens.
Last updated 18 August 2026. This page applies to Epic World FZE, trading as Mealroh.
1.Who this agreement is between
This agreement is between Epic World FZE, a company registered in the United Arab Emirates and trading as “Mealroh” (“we”, “us”), and the business that subscribes to the service (“you”, “your kitchen”).
Mealroh is a business-to-business service. You confirm you are subscribing on behalf of a business and that the person accepting these terms is authorised to bind it.
2.What Mealroh does
Mealroh is software for running a meal-plan kitchen: customer and subscription records, menu planning, production and packing lists, ingredient forecasting, delivery manifests, labels, invoicing and analytics.
We provide the software. We do not prepare, handle, transport or sell food, and we are not a party to any agreement between your kitchen and its own customers.
3.Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you register, for keeping credentials secure, and for everything done under your account. Tell us promptly at info@mealroh.com if you believe an account has been compromised.
Each kitchen is a separate tenant. You may create users within your own kitchen and assign them roles; access to billing is restricted to the owner role.
4.Subscriptions, terms and renewal
Mealroh is sold as one product on a choice of billing terms — monthly, quarterly or yearly. Every term includes every feature; a longer term simply costs less per month. Prices are quoted to you before you subscribe and are shown at checkout, in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless stated otherwise.
The whole term is charged up front, not the monthly headline rate. A quarterly subscription is charged for three months on the day it starts.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each term, at the then-current price for that term, until cancelled. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice before any price increase takes effect on your renewal.
5.Upgrades and downgrades
Moving to a longer term (upgrade) takes effect immediately. We charge only the difference: the unused portion of your current term is credited against the new one, and the balance is billed on the spot. You can see the exact figure before you confirm.
Moving to a shorter term (downgrade) takes effect at the end of the term you have already paid for. You keep everything you paid for until that date, and the new rate begins the day after. No refund or credit is issued, because nothing is cut short. You may cancel a scheduled downgrade at any time before it takes effect.
6.Payment, failed payments and suspension
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never receive or store your full card details. You authorise us to charge your saved payment method for each renewal and for any upgrade you confirm.
If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it on its own schedule and we will mark the subscription past due. If it remains unpaid, access to the dashboard is suspended after a short grace period. Your data is not deleted at that point — see clause 9.
Prices exclude VAT unless stated. VAT is applied where required by law and shown on your invoice.
7.Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the term you have paid for — you keep full access until then, because you have already paid for it.
Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where refusing a refund would breach a law that applies to you. This includes cancelling mid-term and downgrading. We would rather you knew this before subscribing than discovered it afterwards.
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, is used unlawfully, or that threatens the security or integrity of the service. Where the breach is not serious we will give you a reasonable chance to fix it first.
8.Your data stays yours
All data you enter or upload — your customers, recipes, menus, orders, deliveries and invoices — remains yours. We claim no ownership of it.
You grant us only the licence needed to run the service for you: to host, process, back up and display that data, and to transmit it to the third parties needed to deliver a feature you use (for example sending a WhatsApp message you asked us to send).
You are responsible for having the right to give us the personal data you upload about your own customers, and for telling them how it will be used. On that data you are the controller and we are the processor — see our Privacy Policy.
9.Export and deletion
You can export your data from the dashboard at any time while your subscription is active. On request we will provide a full export.
After an account is closed we retain your data for 60 days so it can be recovered if you return or change your mind, then delete it. Ask us in writing and we will delete it sooner, except where we must keep records (for example invoices retained for tax purposes).
10.Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Mealroh to break the law, or to send messages the recipient has not agreed to receive;
- upload malicious code, or attempt to access another kitchen’s data;
- probe, scan or load-test the service without our written permission;
- resell or white-label the service without a written agreement;
- use the service to build a directly competing product.
Responsible security research is welcome. Report anything you find to info@mealroh.com and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing it.
11.Availability
We work to keep Mealroh available and to warn you before planned maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for downtime caused by things outside our reasonable control — including failures at our hosting, payment or messaging providers.
12.Food safety and your own obligations
Mealroh helps you record and print information — including allergens, ingredients and nutrition — from the data you enter. It cannot verify that data.
You remain solely responsible for the accuracy of allergen and nutritional information, for food safety, for labelling law, and for every licence and registration your kitchen needs. Always check a printed label before it goes on food.
13.Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, and to the maximum extent permitted by law: we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or indirect or consequential loss; and our total liability arising out of this agreement in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
The service is provided “as is” beyond the commitments expressly made in these terms.
14.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes we will give you at least 30 days’ notice by email or in the dashboard before they take effect. If you do not accept a material change, you may cancel before it takes effect; continuing to use Mealroh afterwards means you accept it.
15.Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
If any clause is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. Our failure to enforce a term is not a waiver of it.
